Not wanting to be negative or anything but it seems like she's got someone styling her and telling her to get more coffee in a bid to be photographed 
Thats just my opinion though. Maybe she just got a bit more stylish and a bit more addicted to caffeine?

I love the last outfit, but I think she pulls off casual very well.
I think that perhaps she has a stylish for big events (which celeb doesn't?), but from things she has said in interviews about her style, I get the impression that it is all of her own taste and decision. As for the caffeine, I think anyone that ran around to the gym, dance rehearsals and various meetings would be in need of a boost. Your vair right though, she always looks adorable in anything she wears. I think that is enhanced by her modest attitude to fashion ^^ <3
