Just now because i fought with my Dad .. I`m sick as a dog and one of my friends is just being unbearable .. + theres more but use dont need to hear my sad sop story ... lol

How do you release your anger ? I no for me i carry i tiny peice of silk around with me and have it in my hand .. it keeps me calm and stops me from doing n e thing rash .. But shh =p
