So she has basically removed her self from the jet-set society and doesn't attend the events like the other heirs and royals? If this is the case I respect her for opting out of such a shallow existence and doing things that truly make her happy.

^She looks a lot like her mother in the fourth & fifth pictures of the last batch, the expression of face so exactly like Christina. It's horrible about her horse's injury. It is because of the easy tendency of injury to the horses & riders in the sport that I do not look favorably upon show jumping. It is the same with horse racing. The risk of injury to both horses and jockeys is too high for my liking. And the horses do not even have the benefit of choice.........
Hola says the horse tore something in his/her anterior leg. the horse is one of the AD ("Athina & Doda" owned) horses, AD Chatwin, who was with Doda in competition when it happened. http://www.hola.com/famosos/2008/07/01/athina-onassis-llora/

That is terrible. Looks like he hurt something in his right leg, the way he fell and was walking away, or rather hopping...... It's the same thing that happened to the horse, one of the hind legs.
Well, he's not all she has. I mean, she is close to her sister Sandrine, and she loves Doda's family, and they seem to love her. But of course it is sad.... but as it seemed only to be his leg that was injured, I'm sure he'll be fine, despite some time on crutches. He should live to tell the tale.
^ LOL. yes i think he'll as well, thanks chewster for the pic repost. i love her dark hair. and that pic by beckham18 of athena jumping the horse over the fence is a great shot.
