Yes it's definitely Audrey, and it looks like the original coloring, but I am no expert in that area. :D

I thought the following was quite comical. I was searching the net for something totally unrelated to Audrey and was led to wikiHow.com (which I had never seen before). On the bottom of the page, I noticed something that said "How to look like Audrey Hepburn." These are basically comments and suggestions from random people who have visited the site. It is quite interesting to read how some of these folks think you can magically recapture that Audrey charm and elegance and make it your very own!

    1. Invest in a light pink polo shirt (in fact it doesn't have to be pink; any pastel will do). Depending on your budget, get a designer shirt.
    2. Now try a flowing skirt or skinny jeans (they're in at the moment so it will not be a problem finding them). To complete the casual look buy some dolly or strappy shoes (but make sure they match your outfit).
    3. Try to look prim and proper at all times; Audrey was known for her neatness. Tuck in your shirt and wear large sunglasses. Always carry your hand bag with you.
    4. Go with a simple black dress for the evenings; not too short as to look tarty but not too long as to make you look drab, about knee height. Wear a pair of white or black gloves to complete the look.
    5. Next your jewellery: try a pearl necklace or maybe some pearl earrings. Diamond necklaces and bracelets are good, too. If you want to get fancy, try a cute tiara in your hair.
    6. Finally shoes: try a strappy or pointy black pair.
    7. Style your hair. During her film period in the 60's-70's depends on which style you want if you have short hair try a combed style, have a shortish fringe and a no parting hair style. If you have longer hair, try it in a bun.
    8. Makeup:- foundation if you really need it and a light blend of powder. Also, rouge, but not much; Avoid red lipstick, instead opt for a light pink color. Audrey didn't need much makeup.
      • Always wear perfume if possible; Audrey wore Spring Flower by Creed & L'Interdit by Givenchy
      • Never curse or say rude comments. Always be polite and kind to others .
      • Ditch all bad habits.
      • If in doubt watch Audrey's films and pick up things from on there.
      • Do not smoke! Audrey Hepburn smoked, but again so did a lot of people back then. Now, society knows better so do yourself a favor and skip the cigarettes. If you're dressing like Audrey Hepburn for a Costume Party, try carrying around an empty cigarette holder. Tres chic!
    9. Things you will need:
      • A fancy black knee high dress.
      • Elbow length white or black gloves
      • black heels
      • gaudy jewelry
      • a pretty smile
      • a tiara
      • an empty cigarette holder (optional for costumes)

"In all honesty, I tend to take my cue more from someone's eyes. If you have great eyes, you should have bangs," said Ryan Cotton. No one else embodies that statement better than Audrey Hepburn with her vintage fringes and winsome, expressive eyes.
