Your theory wasn't illogical at all, I've wondered too if perhaps she was anorexic. Sometimes her bones stuck out so horribly it made me wonder. But since I've read a few bios on her I think it was just from her metabolism being put out of wack when she starved during her teen years, which is a crucial time for development.

It's rumored she had Celiac disease, which I think also correlates highly with Colon Cancer. There's no definitive proof of her having the disease though

^^ Her hair looks very blonde in some of those pictures. Are they from BAT? I always thought she had dark hair in that movie.

no,she actually had a lot of blonde highlights for the movie,I've also read the book and it says that holly had hair like a tiger's,meaning with many blonde strips,so I think they dyed her hair accordingly
