I thought so too. At first, I thought she would look kind of plain considering the outfit they put her in for the entire movie. (It looked like something a libarian would wear.) But, she looked great and she was perfectly cast. She made the film a bit more enjoyable.

'The Da Vinci Code' star Audrey Tautou has revealed her parents want her to quit acting - and get a proper job.

(BANG) - Audrey Tautou's parents want her to quit acting - and get a proper job.

The French actress - who plays Sophie Neveu in 'The Da Vinci Code' - has revealed that her parents were not pleased with her choice of profession and despite her success still want her to change careers.

She said: "They weren't so pleased with my decision. My parents expect me to have a serious profession because I was a very good student."

Earlier this month, Audrey threatened to quit acting - because she's sick of being famous.
The star claims she hates the limelight and would be happier without her new star status.
The 27-year-old said: "I used to think I would retire from films at 40, then it was 30. Maybe I would like to do something more private and discreet with my life.

"I know I'm not the best actress in the world and not the worst but I think that maybe I'd be happier doing something that doesn't leave me so exposed."
