OMG, Aymeline is killing it this season!!:woot:

Several OG blue-chip campaigns! And I believe more eds are coming on the way! I'm really happy that she gets so many works! Totally deserves it! I can only hope she works more with Steven Meisel and maybe a Vogue Italia cover in the future!:p

^Thrilled for her to land Chanel, what an amazing run she's having with her print work.

Surely a VI cover is imminent?

She is on FIRE!! :woot:
She truly deserves every bit of success she's getting. Now we can only hope for a VI or VP cover *fingers crossed*
The Reed Krakoff campaign is especially beautiful with its simplicity

all these campaigns...........she is the like new freja beha for me, she has that rock star nonchalance quality that i love, that some models just project so easily. But what I find unique about her is her eyes, they are just so starting and piercing. She needs to be on a vogue italia/paris over ASAP!

Yep, just with the little difference that Aymeline literally surpasses every model in terms of expressions and body language, unlike Freja who has always been quite 'medi-core' and about to fall asleep in print. I think Aymeline will go the entire distance a la Daria Werbowy or Natalia Vodianova. No other model is so relevant for the contemporary aesthetic in modeling and I even think that she is trigger for the whole wave of relatively mature-looking, feminine brunettes. Just look how every agency is wangling itself some wannabe-Aymelines at the moment (Nadja, Kati, Katryn, Ava and so on... Like these girls, though.)

yes i agree but i was also stating how freja in fall 2010 got loads of blue chip campaigns, so i felt it was a similar resemblance. But i really do hope she can go up there to the likes of Daria, as again i agree with you the older brunette trend seems to be so alive right now in modelling (another girl like her is kinga, who i also hope will climb high). I think after her vogue paris apperance, i just find her so refreshing compared to everyone else:blush:!

I love those words and I agree wholeheartedly. I feel like Aymeline is currently one of the standards in modeling and such a powerhouse! She's one of a kind and none of these new girls you mentioned can live up to her. It'll be so interesting to watch her career from now on as I think more houses will be interested in her (Prada as we've seen). Also I hope to see her or Saskaon either the cover of VP Sept or in the ed. Hopefully it didn't get reshot

this Girl is NOT boring like the other one:innocent:

^ It's not like Razzer is comparing Freja to Aymeline. I think what he meant was that Aymeline embodies that same "cool" charisma that Freja has and since Aymeline is currently on top of her game dominating runways, campaigns and magazines, that reminds her of Freja, as she once did.

Aymeline is definitely on a different level with her approach to everything and the way that she transcends the standards in the industry.
