According to The Cut, Aymeline has a promising sounding editorial in the new issue of The Journal.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan. It's like all of the pictures where her face looks great, her body looks horrible, and all of the pictures where her body looks fantastic, her face looks horrid.

this edit reminds of something the Face would run back in the early 00s. there's a notion of corruption and ugliness (which I thought was purposeful) to the obvious sexiness of the pictures, but it has some spontaneity which i enjoy. brilliant.

Perhaps one of the least interesting editorials I have seen of her.. besides the ones at the beginning (and still). It's a pity it's also taken by a photographer I usually quite like but something is definitely off with that story though I don't share the 'Gollum-in-Swimmsuit' impression. Just feels something doesn't work hundred percent, it seems rather awkward and artificial, without feelings and I know Aymeline can actually express strong things in print.
