Since taking the lead at the house of Azzaro, Vanessa Seward has breathed life into the sleeping beauty with her sexy, updated reinterpretations of the founder's greatest hits. For spring, though, she said she introduced more of her own style by "softening" the silhouette and making it more "urban." The result was Seward's most alluring collection to date. A kimono dress had a cape back, high-waisted skirts were paired with silky tops and fringe was braided into beautiful skirts and dresses. Other standouts in her array of gowns were black-and-white draped dresses, inspired, Seward said, by the Ascot scene in "My Fair Lady" — sure to please Seward's glamorous fair ladies.

I like the revival of Azzaro....however, from what I've seen it's all the same. High-priced, crystal embellished gowns. thats it. Would like to see more from the label personally

thanks for posting this kimair...

These look great! I especially like the ones you posted just now Hanne:flower:

The way the pics been taken give the clothes a sort of casual elegance, but truth is I find it all pretty bland....

This does nothing to me, although it´s better than the stuff I´ve seen in person... I remember seeing one full rack of Azzarro, all horrendously overpriced, at Maria Luisa in Paris... basically a lot of bad-taste, embroidered wine-red velvet jackets (the sort of stuff women wore back in the 1970ies and 80ies for a night out), rhinestone-beaded gowns in the same fabric/shade and several other pieces that looked very vintage-y by design...
