I'm not sure if any images have been released yet but I already love this. The message is so beautiful and tastefully done.

Their videos can be like chalk and cheese from the images, so will wait for those to drop first.

LOVE the video! It's heart-warming and beautiful

Love! Clothes are still kinda ugly but the casting & video are beautiful.

I really like it, but it could have been a minute shorter. And I appreciate they made Berlin look fresh.

Moodily cinematic and very lovely sentiment but LOL @the fashions having absolutely no presence: Replace the title card at the end with any number of brands and none would be the wiser.

Looks like an advert for life insurance "Life is beautiful, live it to the fullest".

I can hardly remember a single outfit they showed and the whole thing is definitely too long.

This video was the last thing I would have ever expected from Balenciaga but the video was well-made and very heartwarming. I agree though, the clothes definitely are overshadowed by the great cast and storytelling.

I get the message of this - but also like helmutnotdead said... it’s feels corny for some reason. The clothes are okay, and I know our world is different right now.. but, I just didn’t love it as much as I thought I would

i wasnt expecting to tear up, this was beautiful. i wouldn't have pictured them going this way

I mean, it looks like a Coca Cola advertising. Change those hideous bags for Coca Cola cans and you won’t see any difference.
I guess this is the point. I looked up the director and he has previously done ads for McDonalds.

I hope I am not the only one, but does it feel like the whole concept of generations, this vibe, the storyline, all feels quite Gucci? Please tell me I am not crazy!

I find this video quite a big success. It is something different from what their brand would usually make you feel. Bit cold, modern and isolated. This video is the opposite. It is personal, warm, lovely. Exactly what people would want to see in 2020.
