i just ordered these from banana republic...

has anyone seen cute ballet flats in orange? besides the tory, which every girl in new york seems to have? i guess i might have to go up to french sole and see what they have...

thanks! they just arrived and are super comfy - they have padding under the toe so they aren't completely flat. i highly recommend!

speaking of lanvin, i saw satin ones at zara just now - jewel toned green and fuschia - so cute! but they had very limited sizing so i couldn't grab a pair...i really liked the pink.

both are beautiful, I'd start with the black patent as they are such a staple in my wardrobe now, I try hard to wear other shoes and can't bring myself to.

and I promise, a couple days of wearing your black patent and you'll go buy the purple ones too

what about the sizing- true to size?

I'm horrible at giving sizing advice, but I have 4 pairs and they're all 37.5, which is my "normal" size as I wear anything from a 37-38. When I first wore the patent ones outside the house though I thought, uh oh, these are going to be big after 1 wearing. But then they molded to my feet instead of getting bigger and are perfect. The leather ones always feel tighter at the same size since the elastic part is well, tighter.

StellaMare, I don't know about Stockholm, but in Denmark you can buy them in very ordinary shoe shops, where they also sell Vagabond and this kinds of labels.

Just got thies flats from Mimic Copenhagen. Theres a little mistake on them, the one front being longer than the other. But it was the last pair, så I got them cheeper. I told myself that you dont notic it when I have them on. I mean, how many people notic that kind of mistake
