^^hey mona! thanks for the pic! they are pretty, but a little, well...mumsy. probably, because it doesn't look like they are cut for toe cleavage? just a guess. i should probably bite my tongue as 6 months from now, I'll end up buying all three pairs. in the mean time, i'll save my $$ for the plain old lanvin ballet flats.

mercer - i know what you mean....they really aren't my style. when a sa described the brocade pair, i was interested. but i am not sure about the black feather thing on the toe....(it's a bit big!)
i think i will stick to the trad. ballet flats :)

hello does anyone know where i can get the flats that jessica alba wore they are black and nice. also where can i get some fake cheaper lavin flats.. i want some realluy bad but dont have 600 dollars for them thanks

yes please how do the lanvin flats run? like size wize. do you think size 38 would be a size 8 in US? i wear size 38.5 in marc jacobs thanks

my topshop flats have served me well this summer.. though they were a little uncomfortable in the beginning.

i bought some red ones like tha from topshop but they're ruined now, an i've got some bright kingfisher blue ones from there aswell. i love my flat shoes cos am so tall (6foot), and i am not confident enough to wear heals without feeling like a freeky giant with all my mini mates:ninja:

Masquerade, can you review these after you've worn them a bit? I have my eye on these but am not sure if they'll live up to the hype. TIA!
alright, ive worn them quite a bit. i have to say they are exceptionally comfortable on my feet. i dont think ive ever had a dress shoe that is that supportive on the feet.

however, they rub like mad. i have a couple blisters and cuts on my feet from where they rub (the back of the heel, the inner side of the foot and around the toes). its nothing that a few well placed bandaids wont help, but im hoping that after a while, the rubbing stops

can anyone help me out please, i bid on a pair of satin lanvins on ebay, auction # 130014937710, the pic though is kind of a standard picture that seems to be taken off of somewhere else, they do guarantee authenticity though. does anyone have any thoughts on these? has anyone bought lanvin flats off of ebay? how was your experience with it, were they authentic and in good condition without any problems or issues? TIA

id be a little hesitant...they dont offer and return policy and they said that they had no more photos of the shoes which makes me a little nervous..i ordered some off ebay but im still waiting for them...ill let you know how they turn out

OOOO i want a pair of those. do you think they will sell at Urban outfitters? also what size would i wear in the satin ones? size 8 or 8.5? i wear size 8 normally in shoes and in marc jacobs i wear 38.5 which is size 8. i wonder if i should go for size 8.5 so they will be more comfy?? THANKS GALS

Thanks for posting xxjean, they're just like the Lanvins! Their smallest size is 6 though, I have size 5 feet

I doubt those have freepeople flats have any arch support, which is what I am in desperate need for! Anybody got any suggestions? :)
