There’s something very oppressing about his clothes and the way he shows them but I kind of like this collection. I like the linen the most actually (Jacquemus must be jealous) and I think there are a lot of great pieces. I see that the Gaultier collection inspired him but in a more subtle way with the all over prints and the more refined corsetry…As opposed to the usual waist trainers he used to do.

It’s a good collection for Olivier.

People do actually wear his stuff. Tbh, I’ve seen a lot of men in the runway pieces and women buy pieces not looks. If you pay attention, behind the chaotic styling and some over the top dresses, the collections is very commercial.

I feel very sweaty looking at this. So heavily styled I am feeling exceptionally warm just looking at it.

Similar sentiments to the couture, something is there but can't exactly refine it to make it a stronger direction. And 98 is an exhausting amount lot of looks for a collection that isn't exceptional so tone it all down Olivier, and edit the hell out of your collections.
