Scott Sternberg remixed classic Band of Outsiders elements — loose tailoring, men’s shirting, bandage skirts — under the flirty, feminine inspiration of Romy Schneider in “La Piscine” and Brigitte Bardot in “Contempt.” Riffs on oxford shirting came in light pink, there was a breezy white Japanese lace dress with black straps and wide navy sailor pants with a vaguely nautical knit. Everything was cut with ease and grounded on the new, full range of Band of Outsiders shoes, which included suede ankle booties and penny-loafer shower slides.
