Bar at Corona Beach Tour
Corona Extra, the premium imported beer, will launch a ground-breaking initiative with a series of exclusive ‘Corona Beach Tour’ parties in December recreating the world’s best beaches in winter time. The ‘Corona Beach Tour’ party will come alive at the global launch in London on Tuesday 9 December, 2008 at The Circus Space Hoxton, London.
The Corona Beach Tour events will be hosted in London, Berlin and Milan – in a true beach environment – and will showcase a new beachwear collection by international fashion house Custo Barcelona, which is world renowned for its bold colours and surf inspired designs.
Custo Barcelona has designed a limited edition range of organic cotton beach bags exclusively for Corona Extra, which will be presented on the Corona Beach Tour catwalk. The bags will be sold from December at www.coronasavethebeach.org . All proceeds will be invested in preserving selected beaches.
Internationally acclaimed top Israeli model Bar Refaeli will show Custo Barcelona’s fashion collection on the catwalk, to the summer rhythms of Australian musician, eco-activist and surfer Xavier Rudd.
The Corona Beach Tour will recreate in each of the selected cities the atmosphere of an idyllic beach in winter time, from white sand and palm trees to bar tenders in swimsuits and Hawaiian tikki bars. The events will attract many celebrities in support of this initiative, a promising start to a beach preservation movement from Corona Extra.
The initiative at www.coronasavethebeach.org has been created to rally beach enthusiasts and inspire them to help save our beaches. Users will also find simple solutions online to keep beaches clean and beautiful.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli chilled at a VIP Table. Bar was dancing in front of DiCaprio as he held her hand, focusing all his attention on her. Sometime later, DiCaprio hopped on his BlackBerry and pointed out some text on his screen to Bar.
