Hmmm I was wondering too. She looks so different but it's not fair to judge on catalogue pictures. She lost her spark years ago IMO. She no longer has a "baby face", she looks her age now and it's normal. Her momentum is long gone and as long as L'Oréal wants her, she's winning. VS ruined her career IMO.
You're right, it's normal that you lose sooner or later your "baby face look".
But I am still wondering in her case. I mean, she is JUST 22, this is very young to me (of course not in this business!!!), but still very young and she used to have these facial features. I bet they are still there
but these H&M pictures really confused me, because she looks so "mature" there. Yes, I know she is an adult, I hope you know what I am trying to say 
But maybe you're right and it's not fair judging on catalogue pictures. Besides everyone has a different corporality and genes. Everyone ages differently. Some people lose their "baby face" earlier than other people.
My words might sound "negative" but to clarify: I really like Barbara, I am not here to write negative things about her. I hope you don't misunderstand my words.
