[FONT="]Barbara Tfank's last collection was a tribute to Elizabeth Taylor. But for the coming season, the First Lady favourite has taken her lead from a different cinematic theme.[/FONT]
[FONT="]A presentation during New York Fashion Week revealed the designer's inspiration for the fall/winter 2012 collection to be 'the magic hour', a movie industry term that describes, according to her notes, 'an enchanted time, when the late afternoon light lengthens and colours slowly intensify.'[/FONT]
[FONT="]Sunset hues were certainly evident in the styling of the models, who all wore wigs inspired by singer Sylvie Vartan.[/FONT]
[FONT="]'It's amazing how they recreated it exactly - that little flip on the side,' she told MailOnline. [/FONT]
[FONT="]'Gina thought of it,' she added, turning to a friend. 'I will not take credit!'[/FONT]
