Another amazing resource for anyone with large feet is Barefoot Tess (Barefoottess.com). They have a wonderful collection of designer shoes for women with sizes 7-13. The store is run by a wonderful group of women devoted to providing stylish and comfortable 
shoes to a neglected shoe demographic. Barefoot Tess is also teamed up with the American Vascular Association. I discovered the store recently and can't say enough great things about it.
