she is so enigmatic and breathtaking. and it may sound odd but i love the way she speaks...very kind of soft-spoken and mousey....almost childish in the dreamy way she speaks.
has anyone heard the kings of leon cover she did on jo whiley's programme? it's gorgeous. i don't listen to kings of leon so i can't say what it is in comparison to the original but i think everything and every cover she's done has been stellar, imo.
i am sitting here with every hair follicle on end!! thrilling performance on jools..
and who's on drums? did she do the last tour? i can't seem to recall her face. there's something so cool about a girl on drums and maybe it's because so often it's perceived as a male-dominated instrument. she is perfection.
...I saw Natasha on the first night of her tour @ Shepherd's Bush Empire last Sunday...she looked absolutely adorable in a ruff and gold jumpsuit...sounds crazy but it worked, much like her music actually...an amazing gig.
Yeah, there are subtle differences (Analog LP vs. Digital CD) but the audio is essentially the same
However, a record is more of a "collector's item" whereas a CD is somewhat disposable
I usually download mp3s for convenience and buy the vinyl if I want a physical copy
