My remedy against tiredness and jet lag is going to bed early after a light meal

I don't have a strict diet, I just listen to my body, and flying all the time I feel like I need a lot of vitamins so I indulge on fruits, and I eat a lot of proteins to stay strong
A detox drink?
My detox drink is water, I try to stay away from all marketed sugar-free sodas

No miracle and no magic, when I need to sculpt my body I just eat less and mostly lean proteins, and I go running every morning before breakfast

I imagine that I'm shooting with friends, and most of the time the photographer and the whole team make it easy, it's usually friendly and the good vibes make me feel comfortable

I don't wear perfume, I just love the smell and taste of salt on skin after a day at the beach and in the sea
