An ironic gesture at the whole bling/label culture(notice the Versace-like bits) I would presume....only he did it better as a sense of humour than most of the designer's who actually take the look seriously.

This is beter than the mens show:-) It might look humourous, but the last 3 pieces are very well "deconstructed" :-).

Yup,nqth. That was the "Ghost" collection...and yeah I agree about the structures on the last ones. It's actually what I was excited about in last season's collection. He's finally returning to a more emphasis on structure rather than the mundane overly-done,sweat-shirt look. Which he started,quite funnily.

The make-up is done by[my favorite]Belgian make-up artist,Inge Grognard. She's positively one of the most creative of make-up artist's. More than Pat McGrath,imho.

This is great. I love the first top thing in the second post. This is all just fun to look at. I hated the men's collection.

I'm more than slightly concerned about the makeup, it looks almost as if he intended for some of the girls to look disfigured...Almost reminds me of Divine getting her face doused in acid in Female Trouble...Ugly is the new beauty? Black girls are really cheetahs in disguise? How incredibly boring.

Oh I love this collection i can't wait to see more. I love irnoic takes on luxury and "bling bling", like last season witht he Hermes style scarfs and the huge BW necklaces .
