Best Bronzers

Bare Minerals Warmth is so great. They say it's not exactly a bronzer, but it definitely gives a sun kissed look. Not orange AT ALL! I'm pale so sometimes if I'm going out I'll put a lot of it on, but for daily use I can just brush it across my cheeks and nose with a quick swipe on the forehead, chine, and decolletage for a smooth, darker looking complexion. Think the natural color of Adriana Lima or Carmen Electra!

I'm tempted to try the Benefit Hoola or the Tarte park avenue princess from the recommendations on this page. I'm really pale and would like to look sun kissed rather than sunburned this spring/summer!

has anyone tried Dr Hauschka's tranclucent bronze concentrate? it seems pretty popular but i need some convincing as its kinda expensive. its a liquid and you mix it into your moisturiser to give a healthy glow :D

I think it does not have good staying power, and rubs off easily. Also, it gets on clothes frequently as a result. It's got lots of "natural" ingredients... but those ingredients aren't always the best when it comes to good quality make up that stays PUT!
And since you have to mix it yourself, it doesn't give you a professional, clean looking result. But if you're the Aveda type of girl, maybe you'll like it.

Bronzers... for a natural look: Anything from Bobbi Brown or Trish McEvoy.

I bought NARS casino today. I'll update you!

i used it and its great. it has lots of pigment-no need to sweep loads of it on. it also gives a nice brownish tint, no orange streaks.

the bobbi brown shimmer brick in bronze is the BEST for a night out
maybe not so for the day thuogh..

I just bought Dior Bronze Sunshine Blush today and it has 4 colors. It's so pretty. Last year I bought Stila, Benefit, Bare Essentuals, and a few other ones. But I think I like this one a lot.

I have Chanel Irreile Soleil,MAC bronzing powder, and Chanel Bronze Universel.

The last I don't recommend...it is horribly dry and difficult to apply.

The Chanel is nice because I can put ot all over my face and it doesn't look strange...the MAC I tend to use on my cheekbones, forehead etc.

Most bronzers are not great though. The idea is much better than the execution.

For the babe on a budget..... Ban de Soleil was great (I don't know if they still carry it elsewhere but by me they discontinued it...anyhow I think it was worthy enough to mention and carry it's name on....)
Jergen's Body Glow is great too. They have different lotions for different skin tones to build up a natural glow.

like someone mentioned up there...bare minerals can
be used as a bronzer... i use it and it's great! and also chanel

i bought benefit bronzers and it didn't work for me for some reason. their foundation as well )= now i use shiseido and i love it!

I love my chanel irreile soleil  looks really natural and gives me a fab glow!

i've tried many different bronzers including Hoola, Lancaster, Versace, Lancome, etc but i always go back to Guerlain

uhm, i dont use brozers much, but i read in "Lucky" magazine that Physicians formula makes 8 out of the 10 best rated bronzers-so go there for something not super expensive. I personally want to try benefits new blush that looks a lil bronzy to me..i think its called Dallas.or maybe physicians formula Summer strips or Pearls of perfection...can anyone rate any of the products ive listed?

^ I bought Physicians Formula's bronzer, and it's okay... I've never ran into a bronzer that I just rave about.
