Well it's that time of the year again
20-something days left to finish with 2006, there are very few records yet to be released and most of them have been leaked , so i think we can all come down with some sort of conclusion or recap now.

I have only really fell in love with music this year, so i have been buying a lot of old albums, but my favorite album of 2006 must be the amazing solo album from Thom Yorke:

And I have to mention my dear Arctic Monkeys, I love this album, it might not be brilliant, but I have very high hopes for this guys.

But i have the idea I missed so much this year

Funny how they're all female solo artists. I really thought this year sucked, in terms of music. I think next year's gonna be a whole lot better.

Regina Spektor - Begin to hope
it sounded so un-somethingthatislabeledasreginaspektor but it has grown on me, it is such and shows her talent! Every song introduces something new.

I guess I bought this because I liked Steady as she goes and the shop didn't have Kooks's album....I just don't love it that much

My bad, your probably right! Could be the fact they took a while to break and I purchased the album on iTunes this summer. 04' looks like the original indie release, I think it was re-released on a major to the Canadian market in late 05' All Music - Arcade Fire
