Shania just doesn't seem to have a style and it's really sad because she'd be the star if she could learn (or if her stylist) to dress better.
Mariah Carey; she's terrible.... She dresses like some old trashy diva.... She wears haute couture, but does it the wrong way. She should really cover up (especially the breast area.....
).

, she just looks fierce in anything she puts on.
Lil Kim, this girl just love to show us every single angle of her breasts.....
The rest of people on the list are pretty awfull too, but can't compare to these!
I would actually remove Kelly Osbourne and Christina Aguilera from the list.... Christina improved a lot recently and although her brows and tan are scary, her style is purrrrfect! Kelly O's got a cool sense of fashion too. She's not scared of experimenting new stuff and it works quite well most of the time.
