Paris hilton is my No. 1 choice for a few reasons.
1) For such a spoiled little brat, you would think that even if she doesn't have taste she could pay someone with taste to make sure she doesn't look like a Vegas hooker or emaciated drag queen.

2)I chose her over all others because her picture is in every major publication. The more pictures of a person in hideous clothes I see, the more I'm gonna hate them for it.

3)Again, she's rich, she's everywhere, there is no excuse....I repeat, no excuse for looking like a well payed wh*re.

Other people worth mentioning:
Britney Spears-Has potential to look great, but has a sh*tty stylist.

Shania Twain-Catches on to a trend way too late, and then wears it to the extreme....never a good thing.

Pamela Anderson-Do I need to comment?
