PSI Girl

I recently went to see Susan Hiller’s exhibition at the Tate Britain. I loved it, especially her collections of photographs of people levitating, her Aura camera shots, and a film montage called “PSI girls” featuring five films that show teenage girls with special powers. It’s also something photographer Clare Strand has explored, and its an interesting and visually rich idea.

A friend had told me about the Ragged School Museum in Limehouse, and I had wanted to use it as a location for ages. Seemed like the perfect shoot for it… we had the lovely Beth Ogden from Models 1, who was great, look out for this face, she’s in the new Speilberg film…
