That picture of Bianca in Capri Italy is on the roof of the house seen in the 1963 movie "Contempt" starring Brigitte Bardot. I've never been there but the movie is a favourite of mine, and I always wondered if that unique house was still there. Maybe there was a fashion shoot of Bianca at that house?

The house is called the Casa Malaparte. The same background islands are seen in this image from the movie which shows BB on another part of the roof:
