He (yes, he) is the lead singer of Tokio Hotel.

I had never heard of the band till they won an award on the VMAs.

I thought Bill was a girl, but no... very androgynous. And hot, at that.
Oh, he's pretty yummy.

i swore that this guy was a girl the first time i saw him. Even his mannerisms are very feminine Then i was shocked to find out his twin brother was the guy with the dread locks who dresses more hip hop.

Agreed on all accounts, except that probably 97% of the people here can't stand him or Tokio Hotel.
