I've been a Blackberry user for awhile now, I've had the Blackberry 8300 and the Blackberry curve. Two days ago I got the Blackberry Bold. I much prefer it over the Storm due to the fact that the whole basis of Blackberry is the keyboard. I don't know about you but I find it awful text messaging or e-mailing on a touch screen. I'm really happy with the quality and design of the bold.

Saaame!! I have wanted the Bold for sooo long.. I want it so so bad!! But I'm with Fido, and they don't carry Blackberry in general.. just the iPhone. And it costs almost $700 dollars here if you don't get it with a contract with a provider that carries it! Otherwise it's only about 200 bucks! A steal!

I've had the Curve for almost 2 years. I love it and everything about it. I only see one flaw. That would be the amount of time it takes to turn on, but other than that I have been completely satisfied. When I got my BlackBerry in the middle of 2007, I paid roughly $300 for the phone with a contract from ATT. Now it looks like you guys are getting the model I have for an incredibly cheaper price. But that's what happens with time, I suppose. When I get my upgrade this upcoming year, I don't know how I'll bring myself to stay away from the BlackBerry brand. I think I'm hooked. Although the Iphone does peak my interest. I can't wait to hear about the pros and cons for the Bold.

^ i just ordered one online yesterday bc they were sold out in about 5 stores i checked. its going to be shipped on the 18th and i'll get it this friday or monday!

Where did you order Storm from? Do they send to Europe?

i ordered it directly from the verizon website.. verizonwireless.com.
im not sure if they send to europe.. i think they should...

I LOVE Blackberries.

I have an iPhone right now and I'm planning on switching back to the Blackberry. I want the Bold. My bf has it and loves it. I NEED a real keyboard, not this touchscreen on the iPhone.

im so torn between iPhone and Blackberry...my guy has a Blackberry and im not really fond of the keyboard although it looks so much cooler to type than the iPhone...but the iPhone is like...a legend apparently...i think i have to decide in store after trying them both

i know i thought that too when i saw it...and my guy has one too, its pretty cool! i decided to get the iPhone after all cos the contract options are better for it...unlimited wi-fi etc.

I agree! Im getting a Blackberry Bold at the end of January through upgrade, cant wait. I am a heavy email, facebook and an i.m. user and i know im prolly going to be using it in at least one of my lectures........ lol

I cant stand the iphone interface and touchscreens theyre so difficult to write out whole messages

i just got a blackberry bold and i'm still unsure about it. it looks amazing but i'm finding it so hard to use!! hopefully its just because i was so used to my old phone and i won't end up hating it and having to send it back....!

I hate that the Storm is not available to AT&T customers... I really want one, but don't plan on switching to Verizon.

i have a curve and the buttons on my phone just stopped working. i can see someone call but cant answer, etc. the trackball is the only thing that works (i can only scroll). has anyone else had this problem?

i've been using my curve 8320 for a few months and is very happy
i'm thinking to upgrade to bold soon, a friend suggested javelin but somehow i like the bold looks
