Hi all
What's the difference between the two, aside from color I suppose? When would you choose to use one and not the other?
Thanks! :flower:

Basically it is like this, when u wanna look tanned u use bronzer, when u wanna look flushed put blush!:D

Bronzer is more of an "all over your face" thing as opposed to blush just going on your cheeks. Bronzer can also be used to contour, putting it in the hollows of your cheeks. I usually use both. I put a bit of bronzer just where the sun naturally tans my face and then I use a light pink blush on the apples of my cheeks.

It does depend on your skin tone, but I think a really pretty look is to use a pinky or peachy bright colour on the apple of your cheeks, and then use a large brush to lightly dust bronzer all over your face. You can also use the bronzer to contour a bit, but basically it's best to use it just to brighten up your face overall, keep you with a healthy glow.

I actually use bronzer as a blush. I just like the look better on my skin... a bit of a brown color with nude lips... it's just how I roll. ;)

I use both! First, i dust bronzer across my nose and cheeks, and then i dust blush nice and high on my cheekbones.

Yeah me too! I think I would look kinda weird having bronzer all over my face  I just use it to shine a little bit though I'm already quite tanned..It's the only thing I use on my face because my skin is quite good. I like the idea with nude lips..you pretty much can't go wrong with that imo.

Depends on how much sleep I got!!! If I look like a ghost, I'll wear both, but otherwise, either blush or bronzer (mostly on the cheeks) to give me a little glow.

as long as you have the right shade . . roughly the colour you go when you tan . .
& apply sparingly, there's no reason why bronzer won't work on pale skin . .
just remember to blend! nothing worse than stripes of bronzer!

And it's actually best to use two shades of bronzer... But I often apply bronzer on my cheeks (a dab on my forehead, nose, chin) and apply a blush to emphasize and add depth to my cheekbones.

Today I'm using Nars Orgasm with Cargo Medium bronzer, it looks very natural

kinda off topic, but is nars orgasm work that good like it said (im like the lightest olive beige with rosy cheeks)???? and other blush is worth a shot?!

I'm just wondering if there are any East Asians (Chinese, Korean, Japanese...) that use bronzer. i'm not very tanned myself..nor do i have the silky white complexion seen in asian ads. so im kinda stuck between whether i should use bronzer or not. i have such a blah skintone. I find myself looking bad when i'm tanned but yet, i also don't have the genes for a smooth, luminous 'pale' complexion.

just wondering how the asians here use bronzer or if they just stick to blush.
