This is one of my favorite spots for finding the latest magazine covers.
They're not always the first to post, however, they have an extensive listing. Many of the best fashion magazines from Europe, Asia and the USA as well as news magazines of all types.
They also have an archive of past issues.

Here's one of my favourite UK sites :

It's a major in-your-face fashion + clubbing music site. The Stories segment is always really fun, with full page edgy fashion spreads to beats by DJs Tempo Shark, Toxic Chicken, CrazyGrrl, LadyPat. The Happenings has really good updates on shows, special events, exhibitions, etc. with links to the DJs, designers, artists. Warning: some of the contents might be a bit sexually explicit...so tread carefully if you're easily offended.
