Boss F/W 2023.24 Milan

Hugo Boss, with sponsors including Aperture Science, Tyrell Corporation, Weyland-Yutani and Black Mesa at the behest of Elon Musk.

They tried really hard to innovate certain cuts but they aren't convincing nor do they work on the body. A lot of this is really unflattering, and the models looked really lost in the set.

It's all just kinda weird for the sake of being different. Get it together Boss.

Ingo left… Ellie does not style the men’s anymore and same for Ludivine.

Since then we have these poorly made collections, heavy on styling tricks and a casting that make non sense.

I kind of love this… like a lot lol. Altho the elaborate nazi eugenics lab headquarters @ss set is a bit much for Hugo Boss. It feels ridiculously excessive

It reminds me of "Gattaca", that 1997 movie about genetics (perfect for Boss, taking into consideration his dark past)...

It’s badly made, badly styled… It’s spectacular but pointless.

I'd go even further and say that this show's main target group are the influencers they work with now. There's nothing inspiring in this collection and it's not convincing enough to go to any of the Boss stores. Furthermore, the marketing strategy of the brand is so in-your-face that it strips Boss off any credibility. It's too commercial and vulgar, almost on the level of H&M.

I really like Boss. Only one of the lines - maybe. He has so many lines IDK which one I even like … Theyre hardly differentiated…contrast that with RL who manages to give all his labels distinct looks despite being very similar.

I mean my Jewish friend is the one who put me onto Boss a long time ago.
