showroom pics!

i love that they're playing a bit more with colour lately whilst maintaining their signature aesthetic.

That orange is completely unexpected from them but it's so vibrant how could one not love it? :p:heart:.. and there's still something quite dark about the way they used it. Reminds me of when AF Vandervorst and Ann do color..

^exactly! there's still such an overlying sense of poetry and emotion it doesn't compromise their style at all. which probably would never happen with zowie and brian ;)

to the one who've never known of Boudicca, they're London design duo whose designs are non-conformist and conceptual with their strong political ideas. fashion is not only about clothes that you can see, you know...

Thank you Scott, for posting. I was looking forward to their presentation...these are nice but I was used to "amazing" from them. Like you, I'm really glad to see the use of colours here. I love the silver ombre backdrop they used, was this effect in their collection too?

some of the dresses are beautiful (like the orange and the metallic blue one), the rest is very good, and some very questionable pieces all in one.

That coat in the 9th post is insane.

i know! that piece is precisely the reason i feel they are so criminally underrated. their knack for complex cutting, imho,is up there with the likes of yohji, comme, chalayan and many of the belgians.

ugh....everything about this is just splendid. introduced some surprising elements but definitely they remain so true to what they do.
