i adore this collection.

i love the white/cream dresses and the beaded necklace/dress... the puff sleeves have been done by other desingers recently, but this is the best version that i have seen of them.

Hmmm...how disappointing, yet again. What is up with Boudicca? Last season was way off and now this? Of course I'm thrilled with the graphic look, but that's about it.

The only look i think is really amazing is teh white sequin dress with puff sleaves and the fetehr hat

Apparently,they were given a substantial amount of money and support from American Xpress. This probably why you guys are seeing direction shift. Unfortunately,its a bit hit and miss and nothing unlike the intensity(and consistency) of what they were doing in before the Fall collection.
If this is what a large sum of money does to a designer(a creative one,at that),I'm glad I'm not planning to be one

I was reading Suzy's review on Boudicca's new collection on the plane and now i can see why she was so enthusiastic

American Express or not, the duo has gone a long way and they seem ready to cash it in, they are getting into professional collections and there is nothing wrong with being able to go on developing the brand.

I find the pieces Lolita posted just a-ma-z-ing, but only like the last of astrid's post.

I dunno about this one.

Boudicca can do commercial and not lose their touch, as seen in their last collection, but this didn't seem to go anywhere. There was no them here and it was way too simple and repeated.

I'll admit I do like those last pictures Astrid posted. Still,overall,I'm not that impressed. Like ignitioned said,there just doesn't seem to be any "them" in there anywhere. What's more,I enjoyed that their work was hard-hitting and not easy to love upon first glance. It seems too safe to me.

If they were to have added some of the old components to where us Boudicca fans could see,I think I would have liked it more.
