her father has denied all these allegations, plus she left a couple notes and the autopsy results made it clear it was a suicide. I think the boyfriend was just questioned.. like in any other similar case.

Yeah, especially since he was the one who found her body.
He was apparently asleep in the apartment while she did it. How terrible.

PARIS (AP) — Lucy Gordon, a British actress who appeared in “Spider-Man 3,” was found dead in her Paris apartment, the French police said on Thursday. She was 28.

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death, though it appeared to be a suicide, a Paris police official said. The official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing a police policy, gave no additional details.

Ms. Gordon, who would have turned 29 on Friday, appeared in about a dozen films. In “Spider-Man 3,” released in 2007, she played a reporter, Jennifer Dugan. In 2006 she played a spoiled British supermodel in “The Russian Dolls,” a French film with Audrey Tautou that was released in the United States. In a coming biopic about Serge Gainsbourg, she portrays the British singer and actress Jane Birkin.

Speaking from the family’s home in Oxford, Ms. Gordon’s father, Richard Gordon, told Britain’s Press Association that his daughter was “a natural actress all her life, since she was about 2.”

“She’s always loved being on stage and in front of the camera, and she has kept all her naturalness and charm all the way through,” he added. “She has been the most beautiful daughter. We are obviously devastated.”

He added that his daughter had spent much of her childhood and her summer vacations in France and was bilingual. She recently moved to Paris after living in New York

The agent of -Spider-Man actress Lucy Gordon - who apparently committed suicide in her Paris flat - has said she is "baffled and devastated" by her death.
The British actress was found dead at the 10th arrondissement apartment on Wednesday, two days before her 29th birthday.
Her agent Elizabeth Simpson said the actress was "sparkling, warm-hearted, touching and generous" and her death was a "wholly unexpected tragedy".
The actress's death was "almost certainly suicide", police in Paris said.
On Friday, Ms Simpson said: "Lucy Gordon was an actress of great talent. She had just made a dramatic break-through in her career with La Vie Heroique, a biopic about Serge Gainsbourg, in which she played the role of Jane Birkin.
"She was sparkling, warm-hearted, touching and generous and we will miss her sorely. My team and I are baffled and devastated by this wholly unexpected tragedy and our sympathy goes out to her family and also the director, cast and crew who recently completed principal photography in Paris."
Lucy and her movie cameraman boyfriend Jerome Almeras reportedly had an argument on Tuesday evening.
Mr Almeras has worked on several films, including Cineman in which Lucy had a role, and reportedly raised the alarm about her death. He burst into a nearby shop calling for help, according to Gala magazine.
Rushing back upstairs with the shopkeeper in la Rue des Petites Ecuries, he found the actress dead.
A close friend of the victim, who would have turned 29 today, said Lucy had been badly affected by the recent suicide of a friend in England.

It's shocking to see beautiful models or famous people commit suicide...because most people think their life is all glamour and money...
