Hi rayder! It's from The Most Beautiful Women by Patrick Lichfield. Didn't she have a fling with him? Here is the caption that went along with it.

Swedish actress, internationally famous not least for her marriage to Peter Sellers and her associations with other leading international names. Britt is probably the easiest person to photograph that I have ever come across - she has a gloriously photogenic face and, armed with the self-confidence such knowledge brings, absolutely loves being photographed and is splendidly relaxed. She has lately enjoyed additional success as a writer of 'fiction'. This picture taken for Vogue was set in the grounds of my home, Shugborough, in the springtime." - Patrick Lichfield, 1981

Not that they look alike, but she reminds me of Denise Richards with her turned-up nose and full lips.
