I love them! they are playing in NYC at Websters Hall January 26-29

I've seen them a few times here in Toronto. they're fantastic, their energy is just amazing live.
My hubby and I went to their very first show as a group a few years back and it was just a magical night of music. you could tell they were going to do well even if they stayed only in the indie scene.

i like a few of their songs - some i find sort of...annyoing. i like a lot from their latest album - i'd have to give it another listen though, i mostly just skimmed through it.

I pretty much like them. But I prefer Metric..I know they're often linked cos of Emily Haines and all.

to fully appreciate them you have to listen to their first major release You forgot it in people. i loved it so much I listen to it for about 6 months straight. And the new record is best with headphones. wow.

some people say they are like dinosaur jr. or pavement. they are on conan o'brian on jan 31st with feist!

I like Pavement, so I'll check them out. I've heard"You Forgot It In The People" is their best album. And I like Feist too, so I'll try to see them on Conan.

^yeah, I saw them on Conan. It was the first I'd ever heard of them (but oddly I know of Feist)... so I didn't exactly understand it. The 2 girls were driving me nuts dancing. My favorite part was when Conan came out to greet them and said "I think we need more guitars!"... b/c there were 6 of them on stage.

OHhhhhhhh now that you mention it I hear Dinosaur Jr in them.

Dinosaur Jr AND Broken social scene are both coming to my hometown in March. Have a tik for Dinosaur and wasnt guna go to BSS but now maybe I should

For some reason, all I like are 'Lovers' Spit' and 'Anthems for a seventeen year old girl.' Everything else I've heard from them is kind of blah.

Went to the broken social scene concert last night! It was amazing!!!! They are sooo good live.

Do Make Say Think opened for them and they were good too.

They are amazing. Definitely one of my favorite bands.
Oh wow,they and Feist together! I can pretty much only dream about that.

Their show after the second day of Lollapalooza was seriously one of the best concerts I've ever been to.
