No thread for this fantastic show?:( I hope that dosent mean no one watches it around here.
The second season just started, and i am so happy.^_^Missed the Wallker's so much.I think its a good show, specially because of the wodnerful cast who make it work no matter how the writers are struggling.I mean Sally Field,Calista Flockhart,Rachel Griffith.etc all scene stealers.

I love the family dynamic,i come from a big familly so i recognize some madness of it all.:innocent::doh:

Here is a nice picture of the Wallker family:

I was just checking if this show was already in latinamerica and there is!, ..a question: whyrob lowe iis not in the pic? does he continue in the show?

Yay! A thread! I absolutely love this show! My absolute fave, in the UK, Season One finishes next week :( But I have seen some bis of Season Two and it looks fab as usual. I can't wait for the DVDs to be released!
In answer to your question chivi, I think Rob Lowe is not in the pic as when it was taken in the show, his character had not been introduced. And thanks for posting the pic, it's ace! :D

^^Glad to see others that love this show^_^and i agree that picture is so cool, you are all welcome. :flower:

Brothers and Sisters is one of my favourite show right now and it has really grown on me since last season.

I admire the writers's skills, the cast is just good and when I watched the season 2 premiere what struck me is that Sally Field really deserved that Emmy win. She's perfect playing Nora Walker!

Sally Field could play a phone book and make it work, she definitely desereved the Emmy.

So you liked the premiere episode of season two?I loved it,cant belive Rebecca had the nerve to move Kitties shoes.:ninja:I mean every woman knows that you do NOT touch others shoes, thats the ultimate NO!:lol:
I missed them all,so it was cool to see them back.

Ah, well I'm touchy about my stuff too^_^

I just can't wait to watch last night episode, the cliffhangers are killing me!

I know most people interested by this thread are already fans but Brothers and Sisters is just one of those perfect TV shows, fun and entertaining yet not trashy.

hmm, about last night. some really good stuff, some head scratching moments.

first Joe. that came out of nowhere. it was not good writing. he is back with his ex wife and is just over sarah. i'm not sure if the actor playing him has another project, but that is what it felt like. it felt out of place.

the other head scratching moment was justin and the senator. when did they forge a relationship? the scene was a nice one, but i spent the whole time trying to figure out this connection they'd made. lastly, holly's comment to sarah was out of place. the sister only told because justin was coming home. sarah had every right to react how she did.

but the rest of the epi ws very good. the justin stuff, especially the last scene was touching. kitty was funny, in the car with kevin and norah.

tommy and his wife was head scratching too. she's had issues for month, jsut when is she going to get help? saul was good.

overall a good epi, just a few not so good spots.

the last two episodes have not been as good as others ... I like the show overall, but still ...

The show isnt in Latinamerica yet .. youll see it on Universal Channel soon, though

Thanks for starting a thread !! :flower: I was actually just wondering this morning if there was one about this show ;)

I absolutely love Brothers & Sisters. It's a great show, the writers do an excellent job. It's funny, touching, but nothing is over the top.

see now i LOVED last weeks epi. it was everything i have come to love about the show. this week would have been better if there weren't times i felt like i missed something, when i know i hadn't.

I've missed the first and second episodes of this season. I got into this show last season at the tail end of the series. I'm going to buy the first season on DVD to catch up.

Thanks for your answer! I’ll have to wait to see the show here; meanwhile I’m going to continue reading your opinions about the show.

This was such a beautiful episode, from begining to the end.If this season continues how it started its going to be great. What i love about this show is that it has fun, light, tough and sad moments.

It was great to see Justin back, even though it was very sad.The actor that plays Justin was the only one that i never warmed up to,and now i finally did.He was very good in this episode.Tanique he and Senator did spend some time in the first season, you know when they went to see that soldier center? So i think it was cool he called him.

It so sucks Joe and Sarah are divorcing,i LOVED them. And did Rebecca move out of the Wallker house?I hope so!

How funny was the car radio scene?Hahah that was so cool,Kevin is just to cute.

Another great episode.

I just watched last week's episode so I'm back on this thread as I didn't want to be spoiled....

About the relationship between justin and Mc Callister, like Miss Dalloway pointed out the senator invited Justin to a war veteran hospital last season so that's when they connected.
Plus he's a veteran himself, I mean Mc Callister is certainly the only person in Justin's immediate entourage who knows and experienced what it's like coming back from war...

But I agree about the whole Joe's situation, it seemed weird for him to be so over Sarah to the point where he got back to his ex-wife but then I never liked his character so I don't mind him being written off.

I'll be back after watching last night's epi!

I absolutely adore this show!

My favorite character is Rebecca. Perhaps, it's Emily vanCamp though.

see now rebecca and holly are my least favorite. but i know lot of people like emily.

all i have to say about last night is SCOTTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! i smiled like an idiot when i saw my boy. he and kevin are just it. i've like kevin in his other relationships. but, scotty is just it. luke and matthew have a really nice thing with them that is just easy. i saw where it was oging the whole show, and i knew they wouldn't bring him back just to drop it. i'm ALLLLL for them being friends. luke/scotty was really really popular, so im so glad the how recognized that. bring on my boys.

the justin story was touching, but some of it i had no sympathy for him. i got not taking the drugs, but pushing too hard was too much. yeah yeah, i got why he did it, but it was hard to feel for him, when he should have just sat his *** down. BUT, i felt horrible for him at the end, when he took the drugs.

ugh ugh ugh. poor poor tommy. i feel horrible for him. and i thought last week when they introduced the new character, they might do something with them, i felt it again tonight. i SOOOOOOOOOO hope i'm wrong. i really don't want to see tommy cheat. but, i think he might. ugh.

the senator and kitty's story was good too. the scene with the ex and kitty was really good. overall it was a really really good epi. and SCOTTYYYYYYY made it perfect.
