Carmen is one of the few models out there right now that just have a different air, a certain je ne sais quoi to her. When she struts down the runway, she exudes a certain self confidence, power and subtle sexuality that the 16 year olds du jour do not have. She really wears the clothes, and not the other way around, and the clothes compliment her and unlike the rest of the teenage pact, she's not like some hanger, she brings something extra to the clothes. I really hope fashion designers uses more mature models like Carmen because the younger ones just can't bring to the table something that a more mature model can.

OMG! I really do see a Carmen fan out there and i'm glad! And i agree She looks like a lady who knows how to have fun out there while keeping her poise and elegancy.

god knows i love carmen but i reckon she looks pretty terrible these days...i use to love love love her back in her jadore days when she had a more rounded face and a fuller figure...she looks so bony in the face and masculine now...and i wished she'd stop frying her skin like that

I don't know. She didn't ever mention it ever again, so i guess it's too embarrassing to go back, but i certainly hope she'll give the political thing another go, coz she cant model till she's 65!
