This may be a stupid question but is her name pronounced 'Caro-line' or 'Car-oh-lee-nee'? I had always thought it was Caro-line but then I was watching a vid on models.com I think? And the woman called her 'Car-oh-lee-nee'....

i guess in portuguese you pronounce the 'e' at the end. when gisele was on conan she said her name is really pronounced jis-ell-ee, with the 'e' spoken, seen? but she changed the way she said it because people would be like, 'no your name is gisele' blah blah etc.

so of course that'd apply to caroline's name. but i think she has or will change it to the caroline ('e' silent) english speakers are more familiar with.
