It doesn't say anything new so I'll try to sum it up.

They say she just bought her own appartment at the East Village, and that when she walks a runway, everybody feels the excitement, even Anna Wintour moves her head to follow Carol's walk. She was one of the last models to work with Irving Penn, and one of the few that went to his memorial. Then, they use the quotes from the February 2008 issue, by Meisel, McDean, etc... And they finish it saying it was essential to have her on this cover.
