Speaking of caps, [SIZE=-1]celebritymoviearchive has some videos but you have to pay to see them (I think it may be $2.95 for the 3 of them) I'm sure the first pic was posted already, I'm not certain of the second though but well, these are from small bits on tv shows so it doesn't matter that much.
I remember those tv shows, I have the opportunity to watch on cable the one that she is talking with that man on the beach (I think is the same but I'm not sure)... she said that she loves surf and the ocean, then the interviewer ask her If she will get married with her boyfriend, in that moment they show images of Brandon on the Drive video of Incubus, she smile (so cute) and said: "you will have to ask him!" and continue smiling so happy...
On the ET one she talk about how exciting she was for being on the cover of Sport Illustrated 2005 and she was almost crying... mmm and I haven't seen the Inside Edition one...
Yeah, those are small bits that people only ask for personal stuff, it's a waste, on the other hand, it's clear that in the second one that she was very excited!
I taped something on Estee Lauder as a brand and on EL niece, Aerin, who is VP of Global Advertising which means that she is charge of the ads and its creations and faces. It was part of a feature on CNN called Global Business Influentials which was aired on December 20, 2003, just months after Liya Kebede joined Carolyn and Hurley for the campaing, so it had some footage of the photoshoots of Future Perfect, Go Bronze Plus and Hydra Complete, all pics taken by Mario Testino, also footage with the presentation of the spokemodels and the offices filled with posters of Carolyn. Hopefully CNN has the transcript of the whole edition, so this is the part related with the ads, the models and how Carolyn became the current main spokesmodel of the company. The host of this show was Susan Lisovicz, who appears in the transcript as LISOVICZ. I have included some bits of what is going on in the footage in bold.
"That newness is stamped all over the new spring ad campaign Aerin designed.
A. LAUDER: This is our new icon shot, and you'll be seeing it in all of our cosmetic counters as of January. And it's interesting. It's really 20s, 30s, 40s. It's a generational...
*In this part, Lauder is showing Lisovicz the poster for FuturePerfect. Lisovicz is almost touching the poster*
LISOVICZ (on camera But they are also not airbrushed to death. These look like this is their actual skin.
A. LAUDER: It's real. It's real.
LISOVICZ (voice-overAerin put together that trio of beauty. It's the new global trademark of Estee Lauder. Multigenerational, and multinational. In 2001 she lobbied to bring Carolyn Murphy (ph) on board with longtime model Elizabeth Hurley, and this year she made her boldest move yet, hiring the Ethiopian model Lia Kbete (ph).
*ph means photography, they are showing some footage of the photoshoot of future perfect, Murphy laughing and holding Hurley's shoulder and also runway of Kebede*
WINTOUR: She's just a very serious, extremely attractive, pleasant, bright young woman. And to me that was a real moment for Aerin. I mean, it really showed me that Aerin has came into her own at Lauder, that she was able to introduce the first African-American girl to Lauder. Fantastic.
LISOVICZ: But Aerin's greatest coup may have been in choosing the person behind the camera.
A. LAUDER: When we were deciding to pick a new photographer, you know, only one person had been coming to mind. And it was Mario Testino.
LISOVICZ: Testino, Britain's royal photographer, is known for capturing the natural and simple beauty of his subjects, and Aerin is banking his skills will bring a new approachability to Estee Lauder's ads. Testino shot the spring 2004 ad campaign in the south of France last summer. And the results so far have received rave reviews.
*Footage and results of Go Bronze Plus and Hydra Complete (the one with the rave reviews) both with Carolyn and also other candids behind the scenes with Carolyn along with Kebede for this ad*
OSCAR DE LA RENTE, FASHION DESIGNER: Aerin certainly has all the right choices. You know, she knows -- she has an extraordinary feeling for fashion ad, and she has created that very strong image. Perhaps the strongest than Estee Lauder has ever had, in many, many years.
LISOVICZ: Aerin is hoping her new ads will tap the next wave of consumers."
Oh this is a nice kind of adoration article from Esquire on Carolyn as part of the Women we love article series:
[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] You gotta love imperfection. The stray mole, the big hands, the huge forehead. Spice of life and all that. But among supermodels, physical idiosyncrasy has become a sort of gold standard. Throw a rock and you'll hit a model who's a little horsey, though still lithe. We could love 'em. And we do. But when did beauty become an argument?
Consider Carolyn Murphy, who may be the most invisible beautiful woman in the world. You've seen her—on the covers of magazines, in Estée Lauder ads—but you can't quite recall her name. She reminds you of something, but you can't quite name it. Invisible. The reason she's invisible? That's the puzzle of it. It's because she's beautiful. See, she's not distinctively beautiful, not beautiful with a hook or a gimmick. No prominent chin or out-of-proportion lips, no incredibly defining nose. She's not wildly tall or overly thin, and her eyes don't pierce you with that withering Euro chill.
But you know what this is. Hers is a complete beauty, straight-ahead, flawless, and shining. It's an all-American beauty, eternal, accessible, lush. Arguing that people should stand up and pay attention to the look of this woman is akin to urging people to appreciate a sunny day in winter. It's a rarity, friends. Sometimes you have to let the light shine in to see what was right in front of you all along.

haha her forehead isnt that big..i've seen many models with much bigger heads than hers. but yes her hands are unusually manly and large. good article.
I think that even if beauty is on the eye of the beholder, or you ou have beautiful feautures but not such a good bone structure or on the other hand you can have you have average features and a good bone structure but you can't have the 2 - I think that's what makes it all richer.
This is something that I got yesterday in a catalog from a per-deparment store.
