Cassi was in Adelaide over the weekend to do a fashion parade in Rundel Mall for Spring/Summer.
My sister actually was her hairdresser, and had nothing but nice things to say about her. She said that Cassi was really nice, was friendly and bubbly. She said that she is happy just modelling locally at the moment and she wasn't ready to go to New York.
My sister said she was really pretty and quite skinny, and that she still keeps in contact with a lot of the girls from ANTM!

darn! she has so much potential...sad to see that she's managed to peeve off Elite - not because I believe Elite is the best agency in the world, but i think that in the fashion industry, word spreads, and loads of bookers from other agencies will be more reticent to take her on given her attitude.

"He was very protective, and still is. [when i moved in with my fiance] he was not fine with it - he never will be! [laughs] But as long as i am safe and i'm happy, he'll be happy. I didn't really talk about [modeling contracts] with my family - it was more yelling "No, i'm not going to do it!" The best advice my dad's given me? To take it and run with it, and have as much fun as possible. It's not work if you're having fun."

Also it's such a shame she didn't take any of those international agency offers and walked this season. I could of easily seen her in the latest Balenciaga collection, especially since she's got the thumbs up from their movement coach/ casting director. But enough of this wishful thinking.
