Its great she is getting more work in US publications. I cant wait to see more of her too!!but sometimes American Vogue has the tendency of dumbing down its eds---at least Harpers Bazaar is a little more creative...or I would love to see her all over W magazine. I can totally see her doing some gorgeous stuff with Vogue, but I dont want her to be like Caroline Trentini if you get me?!

AUSTRALIAN Catherine McNeil who is becoming one of the world's hottest models, has become the brand ambassador for Australian swimwear label Seafolly.
She has also been praised by Vogue magazine's highly influential editor Anna Wintour, according to McNeil's New-York based agent, Stephen Lee, who recently met with Ms Wintour.
"In the meeting, Anna said she wants Catherine to be an absolute, total Vogue girl," Mr Lee says.
"No Harpers or anything else, just Vogue. Anna says Catherine epitomises everything that Vogue wants to stand for now."
Seafolly MD Anthony Halas agrees.
"Catherine McNeil is the most significant brand ambassador signing in Seafolly's 33-year history and is an international brand coup," he says.
McNeil, who is living in New York, says the sizzling shoot was great fun.
"It was great being back home, as we shot on Lizard Island. And I still love Australia -- there's no question about that," she says.

Another Aussie teen topless

CATHERINE McNeil is the latest Australian model to bare all, posing topless in a provocative shoot for German Vogue.

The 18-year-old Brisbane model appears in the magazine's current "sex'' issue, with former supermodel Claudia Schiffer gracing the cover, also in a topless pose.

McNeil features on eight pages, under the heading, Die Junge Wilde (the young wild) wearing clothes from designers Stella McCartney, Martin Margiela, American Apparel and Christian Louboutin.

The shoot comes after Lara Bingle appeared topless on Germany's GQ website last year, causing an international sensation.

McNeil displays her wild side by exposing a pierced nipple and also has a tongue piercing and another piercing at the back of her neck.

The shoot is part of a photographic collection by Mario Testino, famous for his iconic images of some of the world's most-famous celebrities, including Princess Diana and Madonna.

"If you put on an outfit and it makes you feel sexy, then I think you are going to be sexy,'' McNeil said.

"I think confidence does help, but I think it depends on what you wear and how you feel on that day.''

Mother of two Schiffer, 37, appears in the shoot wearing just black lace underwear, stockings and a feline mask.

"Working with Mario Testino is incredibly fun,'' she said.

"He's one of the few people I can fully trust. When I shoot with him, I have no limits.''

German model Nadja Auermann is also featured.
