It was working just some minutes ago. Now it isn't anymore.

maybe its being hotlinked from a blog. Cause when that happens the photo will appear for a few minutes then stop working.

She said it was hosted at ImageVenue at Freja's thread. I believe ImageVenue just supports thumbanail posting, so if she tried to hotlink to the original image directly it might have happened the same it would happend with a hotlinked-from-a-blog image.
