Ms McNeil might have elected to skip NY (and in a few month we should see that very good booking that prompted the decision) but she certainly has emerged in Milan as the belle of the glam ball as Cavalli and Versace testifies. Equally exciting is the swath this Next newcomer is cutting through Paris. OTM is seeing all the right signals and dare we say, a star model is born.
