Despite having opened Zac Posen just twenty minutes earlier, Catherine zipped across the tents to root for her fellow Aussie, while still sporting the dramatic silver wings of eyeshadow from the Zac show.

"I worked with Jayson back in Australia, and I wanted to come out and show my support", she said, before heading backstage to congratulate the designer.

First V had to have her—now everyone else does

I had not yet encountered Catherine McNeil until backstage at Diesel. What a sexy tall drink of water she is. It wasn't until taxiing up to Ralph that i realized who this amazon beauty was. It was the first thing out of my mouth when I greeted the other photographers, and they were actually confused at my enthusiasm and interest. Catherine McNeil is how I remember supermodels to be. Like real women.
