Catherine McNeil

Thats from style.com and theres an entire thread about it there going on too. Yeah I agree everyone's lesbian nowdays so its nothing special.

Obviously no one knows that Freja isnt really gay at most bi since she has/had a guy living with her a few months ago. Not that it matters but I dont think its right to label bi-curious girls as 100% lesbian
It's not right but I hate all labels. People are who they are and when it comes to sexuality there is more than one type. End of story. ^_^

I'm not sure if this has been posted but I haven't seen it; I was on Barneys COOP website and couldn't help but notice who popped up right away.

My scans.

Does anyone have the high res version of these? (above set)

As I was going through her portfolio, I also noticed that all of her nude work is done by a photographer Mario Testino. I thought that was a little odd

I as well hate labels. As a bi-sexual I know the feeing of being called a "lesbian" when in fact I am not. But I also realize that people don't call me a lesbian as a means of labelling me or offending, but as a means of trying not to offend me by not knowing what to "Call me". So now, especially these days, I think that it is presumptious to call any one anything, which can be difficult, whether straight, lesbian, bi, or whatever else you may be. I don't take it too seriously, because I know that no matter what your sexuality, some one will probably refer to you as something that you are not. So I think we should all just take it with a grain of salt and be thankful that there are so many people who are open minded and loving as most of us here are <3!! And try to understand, that As you said Gwen there is more than one type, so no matter what you call some one you are more than likely wrong haha. So i think it's a lose lose. But hey.. that's life ! ....

..but to make this topic more Catherine related.... haha...I read some where she was comfortable with Mario , so I think that is why she does nude shots with him when requested. Her body is so naturally beautiful! I wasn't all that keen to that V mag shot due to the styling ( i think that is where that shot is from)...but Cat looks great as always! Have a great wknd all :) !!!

Exactly. That's one of the main reasons why I just don't call anyone anything! I don't want to assume they're one thing just by looking at them (even if it's obvious). You just never know and I personally find labels kind of insulting. Even if you are what the label says, I don't like the label because it makes it seem like that one word defines your whole being when obviously it doesn't!

Back to Catherine, I never thought about it but I don't think I've seen any nude shots of her that weren't Mario. If she's comfortable with him though that makes sense.

Do you mean the first scan? The second and third are both from V, but the first one is from German Vogue, no? I don't like it myself either. Everything about that editorial was bad.

Completely understandable gwen. :) ...But yeah, as we all know Mario did sort of take her under his wing , so it makes sense she feels comfortable with him. Atleast she has that kind of comfort relationship with an associate. good for her !

Catherine has an editorial in Numéro September 2008, shot by Horst Diekgerdes :flower: It's in black & white and really gorgeous, my favourite after Edita's ^_^

Oh you are too bad, keeping us waiting like this.

Joking! But I can't wait to see them. Your scans in Edita's thread were perfect, I'll be waiting patiently.

The first pic is a double-pager but there's nothing on the other part of the pic beside the setting and the title of the editorial... There are two more pics in this ed, double-pagers as well, but I didn't bother scanning them: since Catherine's face is either very near or on the spine, it would have looked bad... I'll take previews of those two pics tomorrow, with a digitial camera... In the meantime, enjoy :flower:

Omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it! Thank you so much!!
