Am I the only one who has a hard time watching some of Michelle Trachtenberg's newer movies where she's "all grown up"? (I'm specifically referring to Lifetime's "The Dive From Clausen's Pier".) I had a tough time watching her make out with a guy and really buy into it. I still find myself thinking of her as "Buffy's little sister"... LOL

Acid You've had some great zingers of late!

I'm surprised by how dressed up some of the younger actresses are for the Teen Choice Awards. I always thought it was a fairly casual event. They look nice, but overdone IMO. I like Lauren Graham, Anna K, Shannon Elizabeth (a rarity for me ) & Jessica Alba. I think they all look appropriate for the occasion. Everyone else is dressed too mature for the event IMO...

I like what mariah's wearing but not for her. When is she gonna start dressing her age?.

I thought Mariah looked very cute. Also considering she was attending the Teen Choice Awards I saw nothing distasteful or age inappropriate with what she was wearing.

Just like I wouldn't/don't have a problem with Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Shania Twain, Gwen Stefani and other women who are older than Mariah going for a more fun, casual and youthful look- especially at the Teen Choice Awards. *shrugs*

Actually, no... I had forgotten about that movie. But now that you mention it, I clearly remember seeing the previews before it hit theaters and thinking them to be disturbing at the time... I don't know... maybe it's because she's so small... I suppose one of these days I may get over it.

Mariah Carey looks out of place, Mishca looks fabulous! I like Jojo's dress, Amanda Bynes looks pretty. Rachel Bilson looks cute. I actually like Paris' hair shorter like that-it complements her much better.
I don't care for Gwen and Gavin. Gwen is cool and all having her own style but sometimes it's just too much or at the wrong time or something.
How cute are Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams? If they aren't dating they should be!
