I just lost a little faith in nordstrom. To be quite honest it wouldn't be THAT bad if everything didn't look so damn cheap and tacky. The concepts are so done though, I've seen all those shoes before with better hardware and materials. Oh jessica.

I don't think celebrities truly design their lines. Their name just gets licensed out and they appear for publicity set-ups for the line. Her shoes are SUPER uncomfortable btw. Tried a pair on that were kinda cute. I couldn't even walk!

to me they are atrocious- IMO, almost all the shoes you find in average "high street" shops are.

I like a lot of designer knockoff/ high street clothing- but all the shoes I find almost consistently wrong somehow-

the reason I like Choo & Blahnik (and the reason that many TFS members don't) is because they are very Consistent- they make the types and styles that I like, year after year, without any drasic changes. they make variations of material, and straps, but the basic shape and heel, and toe generally remains the same.

yeah, you would think its not so hard to just make a nice simple pair of shoes. its people like her who will make the 90's happen all over again. ugh...

While her designs are nothing to write home about, I think she's a smart businesswoman for creating/marketing knock-off shoes of the designer versions that she helped make popular (e.g. Louboutin Bruges). With so many people idolizing celebrity fashion (even as bland as hers), Simpson is ensuring that her pockets will remain well-lined as long as she stays in the public eye.

The "Amy" heels are surprisingly cute when worn and for $500+ less than the Louboutins, they really can't be beat.

I just received the Flora Shoes that I bought from Zappos-superfast shipping btw- and they are comfortable. They have incredible foot padding and are really medium width. The leather is high quality and the sole is rubber like my Ferragamos. The stap stays and the shoes look very chic, I'm going to give JS another try (only in the shoe dept)

the first ones are louboutins for sure
i think they are suede yoyo zeppas, but i am sure 100% about the designer
